About the Course

Welcome to our online course on designing interactive online experiences (IOE). We are thrilled to have you join us on this journey.

Who This Digital Course Is For

This is about interactive online experiences. That means there's an expectation the participants will interact with the facilitators, or with one another. If you are broadcasting an event online and you don't want interaction with the audience, then you probably don't need this course. This course will help you if you are making the transition from in-person facilitation to online facilitation, or if you want to improve the design of your existing online experiences. Whether you are an educator, a team leader, a learning and development specialist, a professional facilitator, or someone who hosts meetings online, you will find valuable insights and practical tools in this course.

CuriosityBased usually staffs each of our online experiences with at least two people. You can have a successful online experience run by just one person. This online course is designed for those who have a one-person team.

There are many people who think online experiences aren't as good as in-person experiences. We just don't think that is true. They are different. With intentional and thoughtful good design, online experiences can be just as good, if not better, than in-person experiences.

What Resources Will This Digital Course Include

In this course, you will get a comprehensive online planner workbook, where you can fill in your notes and ideas. You will also get templates that you can easily design your own interactive online experiences. If you want to get access to our LinkedIn group to connect with fellow facilitators, online designers, and exclusive content, then contact the CuriosityBased team at [email protected] so they can help you upgrade your enrollment.
